Mimi Cross has been leading yoga and meditation classes and guiding individuals in private practice throughout the Two River region of Monmouth County, New Jersey since 2001. A 200+ hour certified Kripalu yoga teacher, she offers a heart-centered approach to the path of yoga that develops the mind, body, and spirit in ways that are compassionate and non-judgmental.
Mimi is an experienced instructor who offers personalized and small group sessions for beginners, advanced yoga practitioners, and those in between. Areas of study emphasis include prenatal yoga, Thai yoga, and hiking & yoga.

Mimi will be back on the beach in 2021 with Mind Body Spirit Express.
Classes run each Sunday at the corner of Cottage & Ocean in Monmouth Beach, NJ.
Bring a towel or blanket. (A heavier blanket will help with stability.)
