Mimi has been teaching people of all ages yoga and music since 2001, working primarily in the Two River region of Monmouth County, New Jersey. She holds an M.A. in Music Education and a 200+ hour certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
Mimi offers a heart-centered approach to both yoga and music that is compassionate and non-judgmental.
Her areas of study emphasis include voice and guitar, as well as elementary, middle school, and high school education.

Mimi will be back on the beach offering her class Mind Body Spirit Express for Summer 2021!
When: Saturdays & Sundays. Session start time: 7:30 am sharp! Run time, one hour.
Where: the beach at the corner of Cottage & Ocean in Monmouth Beach, NJ.
What to bring: a towel or blanket. (A heavier blanket will help with stability.) A bottle of water.
